Philosophy of Self-Management
At k/factory, we believe Self-Managed Organizations (SMO) are the future of work. We work to minimize hierarchy and decentralize power, similar to the way our product is built. We're a fully distributed team of 40+ people in 5+ time zones committed to designing better ways to work together. We're passionate about transparency, autonomy, and freedom in the workplace.
Global Community
Centrifuge’s core contributors build from all over the world. And, to nurture and deepen our connection, we come together for regular, off-site team retreats. We take time to invest in building trusted relationships and a sense of community with one another.
